Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or hand mixer until smooth.
3. Add eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix gently until no dry spots remain.
5. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
9. Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle extra walnuts on top for a beautiful finish.
