Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the honey mustard sauce and set aside.
2. Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. Place the cooked chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread a generous amount of the honey mustard sauce over each piece.
6. Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with chopped turkey bacon.
7. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Garnish with fresh green onions and drizzle with a little extra honey mustard sauce before serving.
